Product Description
The special stainless steel electric heating tube is built with a new type of thermal conductive insulating magnesium oxide material, which has fast heating and long service life. The electric heating tubes can be controlled separately in three groups. After reaching the temperature, only 1-2 groups are kept for heat preservation work, which greatly saves energy consumption and reduces the use cost. The terminals of the electric heating tube are externally arranged to avoid the phenomenon that the built-in wiring is heated and ignited. The high-temperature and high-pressure integrated fan circulates back and forth in the autoclave to spread the heat evenly from front to back. The high-temperature air circulates through the special air duct plate at the medium speed in the autoclave, ensuring uniform temperature inside the autoclave and no dead angle. Adopt advanced HMI human-computer interaction interface, adopt PLC or electrical semi-automatic control system, realize automatic control of temperature, pressure and vulcanization time after setting process program, give sound and light alarm prompt and cut off power after vulcanization

Heating Type: Hot air heating

Opening door type: Manual quick opening, single man can easily complete all the steps. This design is the most advanced way and idea of opening the door. Open and close the door normally when it is power failure.

Sealing Method:The door uses inflatable silicone sealing ring, which is simple and convenient to maintain and the sealing effect is obviously better than other methods with more than 2 years of service life.

Safety chain type: 3 sets of safety interlock devices are designed at the tank door. It solves the safety problems caused by mistaken operation completely.
